X-iser Core 4 Burst Training Videos
This form of training requires eight minutes of exercise per week and is done in addition to the X-iser Short Burst Stepping Program. The Core 4 consists of four bursts, two days per week.
By adding the Core 4 Training to the Short Burst Stepping you will now be working out for four minutes ( four bursts ), five days per week for a total time of 20 minutes.
1st Exercise - Core 4 Short Burst Stepping

4th Exercise - Surf Paddle
2. X-iser Short Burst Stepping
A tutorial on how to adjust the machines resistance and the correct form to use when Short Burst Stepping.
This program will require twelve minutes of exercise per week consisting of four, one minute bursts of stepping three days per week.
X-iser Total Body Conditioning Training Videos
This workout program requires one hour per week, twenty minute workout three days per week. The difference with this program is that all of the exercise will be done together in one workout session.
This program can replace the Short Burst Stepping and Core 4 Program.
